Pastor Elliot Nii Lantei Lamptey gave his life to Christ in 1996 after having had an encounter with God, through which he began to experience the leading of the Holy Spirit in his life.
Having been raised by a mother and a father who were spiritual pillars in his life, he saw godly virtues modelled before him.
Our founder experienced the extravagant grace and love of God which brought him back after having drifted into the world in his early years in Morocco.
In the midst of these experiences, God planted a passion in his heart to see the lost and the destitute return to the Father. Pastor Lamptey carries a vision of drawing many people into intimate relationships with the Lord Jesus through creative worship, teaching, prayer, counseling and mentorship. An ardent desire burns in his heart to testify of God`s goodness through the teaching of His Word and healing of the sick. He carries a passion for training and raising leaders for the work of the ministry and sending them out to the corners of the world to testify of God`s grace.
Pastor Lamptey, as a result, continues to work vigorously for the Lord.
Not only is he the founding pastor and leader of FCIM since its conception in 2006, but he is also the associate pastor of Rabat International Church as of 2017.
He has a doctorate degree in Pharmacy and also holds three Master`s degrees relating to Food and Drugs Production, Clinical Pharmacy, and Biotechnology.
Also, he is happily married to Dr. Elizabeth O. Lamptey who is a medical doctor, specialist in cardiology and practices in Morocco. She has been an integral part of FCIM since its conception in 2006. She has contributed to the ministry by serving the Lord through singing, worship leading, teaching, and preaching.
They are blessed with three lovely children: Emmanuella, Elliot Jr, and Emmanuel.
Pastor Lamptey strongly believes that FCIM belongs to Jesus and not his nor his family’s.
