My name is Musa Banda from Zambia. I came to Morocco in the year 2015 and
pursued Biological Science at the Faculty of Sciences – Mohammedia.
This is a testimony of God`s goodness and mercy towards me. I was so excited to
leave home.
Coming to Morocco gave me soo much freedom. As it is always
said, with freedom comes responsibility. I had freedom but wasn’t ready to take
responsibility for my actions. I took up a habit of smoking and drinking. I got
addicted to smoking and wanted so badly to stop but I couldn’t. This also led to
my instability in school and made it difficult for me to attain excellent results.
Coming to the end of myself, I one day said a sincere prayer to God and asked
Him to help me. After that prayer to God I lost the desire to smoke, I don’t know
how but God did it for me.
I started attending service at FCIM –Mohammedia. The weekly services,
frequent fellowships and sermons we received gave me a great boost in my faith
and made me much more stable, so that I could finally affirm my victory and
deliverance from these unpleasant habits.
God provided me with a platform through FCIM to grow as a leader and to help
others also struggling with such issues and for this I am forever grateful to Him.
I was finally able to complete my studies by the grace of God.
I will like to thank the leadership of FCIM and all the ministers who were sent to
us in Mohammedia. It is a great treat to be part of this church
